busy busy busy! hate being a receptionist! was so stressed up yest coz 5 staffs were on mcs! patients juz kept coming in n there were so many walk in cases..which means tt i haf to prepare their folders on the spot.irritatin! n i made a huge mistake..lucki the other colleage saw it..feel so bad to add on to her workload..she was suppose to b in charge of the backrm.. but i couldn't handle the recep alone..so she had to help me out
haiz. n some patients juz haf to add on to the stress by standin in front of me n starin at me do my wrk..firin me with all sorts of qns tt i haf no idea how to ans.. so most of the time i wasn't registerin wat they sae..heck la..

so this mornin i was super happy when i was told to go to the backrm to juz key in data.. coz there was a lot of patients today n she knew tt i can't realli handle it yet. was enjoyin myself n waitin for lunchtime..after lunch i was told to b a recep again..but luckily they weren't many ppl=)
tink our department is so short of manpower.. 3 of them didn't haf time to eat nor take a short break.. kinda pei fu them coz they're in charge of explainin the hospi fees to ppl..so it means talkin non stop.. n they're throat are still perfectly ok.. while i'm gona get a sore throat soon.. tried tellin the patients some stuffs.. n no sound came out of my mouth..so dotx
